FAQs

Can I bring a friend?

Yes! We recommend bringing only 1person to your appointment however, in order to help curb the spread of Covid and to accommodate the size of our studio space.

Do I need to wear a mask even if I’m Vaccinated?

We are working on an honor system. Wearing a mask is optional. If you aren’t vaccinated, we would like it if you wore a mask to help those of us who are immune compromised.

Are you cash only?

Each artists has different ways that they take payment, so be sure to ask beforehand. Tina takes Cash, Card, Venmo, Paypal and Cash App.

What if I need to reschedule?

Email your artist. We are happy to reschedule you and doing so will retain your deposit. However, should you “no-call no-show”, you will forfeit your deposit and need to place a new one to make another appointment.

I got sunburned in the spot I wanted to tattoo. Can I still get tattooed?

No. Sun damaged skin will be painful to tattoo over and cause even more trauma to your body. Please reschedule your appointment.

Please note that we do have a lateness policy. Being more than 15 mins late with no email notice may result in a cancelled appointment. We strive to be prompt and prepared for all of our clients, so please extend the same courtesy to our artists.

What do you use for aftercare?

We use “second skin” wraps, or gauze wraps depending on the clients preference. If you have latex allergies, or adhesive allergies, please let us know so that we can give you the best aftercare bandages.

Its my first time, what should I expect?

Expect some discomfort while getting tattooed. Feel free to take breaks as is necessary. Eat a good meal and have a good nights rest before your appointment. Bring water or a snack if you’re prone to low blood sugar or fainting. Your artist will advise you what will work best for your tattoo design. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions about the process should you need to.
